The Service uses third-party AI services, including OpenAI and Google Gemini, to provide core functionality. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials

You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and validating all AI-generated content before relying on it for business or legal purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by QuoteVision AI and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent. You may not use our intellectual property for any commercial purpose without our express written permission.

7. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to maintain the availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

  • Google Gemini for image generation
  • Supabase for data storage and authentication
  • Vercel for hosting and storage

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
  • Defects will be corrected
  • The Service is free of viruses or other harmful components
  • AI-generated content is accurate, complete, or suitable for your purposes

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUOTEVISION AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • Your use or inability to use the Service
  • Any conduct or content of third parties on the Service
  • Unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
  • Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Service

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless QuoteVision AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

  • Your access to or use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property or privacy right
  • Your User Content

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which QuoteVision AI operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, except where prohibited by law.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service and may terminate your account.
